Let's talk about the use of astronomical telescopes. It is not too difficult. The main reason is that the finderscope needs to be adjusted when it is used for the first time. The steps are mainly divided into 3 steps:

1. Installation

After purchasing, remember to check the install video or manual, and then install it according to the video or instructions.

2. Debug the finder

① In the daytime, aim the main lens barrel at a distant target, such as a tall building in the distance, a mountain in the distance, etc., first install a low-magnification eyepiece, such as 20mm.

After roughly aligning the lens barrel to the target, adjust the focus until the target is clearly visible and the target is at the center of the main lens.

②. Adjust the three screws on the finderscope, and then adjust the target seen by the main mirror to the center of the cross of the finderscope.

③. Replace the high-magnification eyepieces, such as 10mm, 5mm, and repeat steps ① and ② again. When debugging, the target in the main lens barrel should always be controlled at the center of the cross of the finder.

3. Observation

First use your eyes to roughly align the observation target, and then adjust the finder mirror until the target is in the center of the finder mirror cross.

If the finder is adjusted accurately, there should be an image in the eyepiece at this time.
